We prefer vector files such as .ai, .eps, or editable .pdf. If you don’t have a vector file, a high-resolution .png or .pdf can also work. If your file is low quality, we may be able to re-create the artwork for an additional fee.

Yes, once your order is placed, we will send you a free online proof for approval. You may request any necessary changes before the order goes to print.
Can I make changes after I approve my proof?
No, once your proof is approved, the order moves directly into production and cannot be changed. Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
